It inspired me to help others navigate career transitions and launch new businesses. My coaching will challenge you to think about your future, in an objective way, leaving all past job experiences behind. I will give you the tools and strategies to determine your next best step whether that’s at your current job or a new career entirely. Together we’ll create a plan to narrow down what types of roles and companies you’d get the most fulfillment working for and then build the strategy to land those roles. This coaching has accountability baked in so you have consistent support and encouragement as you change the direction of your future.
